Good point.
On another note, this article is going to stumble a lot of Jehovah's Witnesses. I know many that are in these pyramid schemes, including some that make a very wealthy living off them.

I imagine a JW would say there is no hypocrisy at all because the smiling woman is wearing pants so is obviously not witnessing.
My bad. FeelingFree is correct. The woman is wearing a skirt - which makes it all the more understandable that readers will assume it is portraying a JW offering the organization's literature.
If - as the Watchtower intones - that posed photo is an example of "imposing" views on others, then it will strike many readers as criticizing what active JWs do as a matter of routine.
What is the take home message? Don't share your beliefs with others.
Sorry (not really), just can't resist this one.....................
This kind of article actually reminds me of when the WBT$ put out the article warning against cults. Or the article about propaganda methods.
Hilarious...pot calling the kettle!!
From my observations of the cart work, Witnesses are doing anything but forcing their views on anyone.

You are right. JW's "attending" carts seem to be hoping no one approaches them lest is an apostate bringing up child abuse charges against mother
never a jw - "...JW's "attending" carts seem to be hoping no one approaches them lest is an apostate bringing up child abuse charges against mother..."
A shame the carts aren't big enough to actually hide behind.
