My American wife is good; but when she's bad it's better.

They are all uptight, not very approachable and less feminine than others.
Uh uh! I am VERY approachable, not uptight, and I think I am very feminine for a chubby girl.
Eman, can't wait to meet you in April. I love British accents. So does Dave. We'll hit it off right away, I am quite sure of that.
We were talking at dinner tonight about African-Americans, and why they call themselves that. I said I am going to start calling myself a British-American. Hahahahhaa.
I had no idea an american accent was sexy...who knew?
Personally I am all about guys with English or Scotch accents...Ewan McGreggor....*turns to a pool of mush* YOWZA!
Eman,
Roll on April, look out USA for a drooling...
I am really looking forward to this April FREEDOM-FEST.
Question! Does your wife read your posts? Not good to offend royalty while admiring foul mouthed Yanks.

Mulan, are the travel plans locked in??
Uptight? Not approachable? Less feminine?
Huh?

What is it about American women? They sound SO sexy!
I've had a few conversations with American posters lately, and found it to be a highly enjoyable experience, but the ladies voices! Oh wow, maybe it's the accent, I don't know, but they do sound so - well - sort of O-o-o-H!
And vice versa from this side of the pond. It must just be "the grass is greener" syndrome at work. Although there is something comforting and sensual about a (intelligent) woman from the deep south of the usa's accent.
Jst2............not locked in, but heavily planning.
We go to Hawaii on Christmas Day. When we get back, I can start planning. I told Joy that I will have to save all the money for it. And, we have to PAY to fly. I think we will be there though.
As far as a "accents" go (speaking as a displaced west coast (US) girl to the south), I have no preference other than being able to understand the person I am listening to! southern english (US) can sometimes really be annoying...though it does have it's quaintness to it. I have been in the south for almost 20 years and now hardly hear the accent, it is the "grammer" that really gets me here...it really can be poor sometimes. People are always commenting to me how I don't "sound" like I "am from here", (probably because i can make complete sentances....most of the time) and when they ask me where I am "from" I just tell them: "MARS". Don't get me wrong, I don't think ALL people from the south are bad in grammer, but generally speaking...or listening...southerners DO have a definate language of their own, one of which I am more appreciative of everyday because i realize that is what makes life as interesting as it is...our diversity. After all who am I to judge?
