  But you are right, Metatron, "you just had to be there." <shaking head> It was very rough to live on $14 a month per person but hey we were in "heaven"

  I have enjoyed reading about all of the experiences and want to say how much I appreciate everyone sharing them.

  As a teenage JW girl in the '70s, I was led to believe the best future I could hope for was to "marry well" in the truth. What was a better catch than a young MS? A Bethelite. Well, I got the MS who really wanted to special pioneer or go to Bethel, not get married.

  Please keep posting. It helps us all.
