I hear you, Elsewhere. This is how they distribute literature from their site:
These items may be obtained from the local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. If you are not familiar with the location of the nearest Kingdom Hall, you may check the telephone book for the address, or you may write to one of our branch offices.
Jehovah's Witnesses provide personal and group instruction in the Bible at no charge. If you would like to have a qualified Bible teacher visit you in your home or at some other convenient place, this will gladly be arranged by Jehovah's Witnesses.
Helpfully provided IN PERSON by your local friendly Jehovah's Witness (their time is free to the WTBTS, and the poor footsoldiers can count you as a PLACEMENT.)
