Yes, it's very thought provoking for witnesses to see a direct comparison to another high control cult like group.
My eyes were first opened when I saw insights into the "crazy" religions around the world...then realised that witnesses were using the same sort of methodology!
All witnesses will actively criticise the "craziness" of other faiths or groups, so showing how similar their techniques are will hopefully make others wake up!

So angry. At the end of the programme the JWs gave a statement that said.
And I quote.
"If a family member has been shunned or disfellowshipped that does not sever the family ties and normal day to day dealings may continue"
