Not for any reason, not even at gunpoint. A lie is a lie and it stays a lie.

Britney had better be wearing something damnably enticing then.....perhaps a 5 minute talk on why her assets are so wonderful to behold.

Actually, once I freed myself of the JW influence in my life, as an adult, it made me really stop and think about the whole issue of religion to begin with. What has it done for mankind over the years?
I came away believing that religion is for the most part, a man-made thing. Some people enjoy the social aspects and discussions of the many varied doctrines. Some like to be totally controlled and manipulated. Whatever floats your boat.
As for me, I can do without the dogma of any of it. I think the whole history of mankind, via the bible and other religious teachings has been distorted and made into something it was never meant to be. We can sometimes "see" bits and pieces of some truth still remaining, but for the most part, it's all just crap.
There is a certain comfort for me in believing that there is an order to the universe, and we are very much a part of it, but not the way it has been presented through religions. We have been such mere children in the eyes of our creators, and soon we will reach the age of enlightenment. Like nothing we could ever conceive. When that time comes, we will be taught what we need to know, and there will be no question left unanswered.
Can't think of anything the Watchtower could do for me to return. I've made many changes in life since leaving, but Witnesses are in a state of suspended mental stagnation. What's to go back to?
As for me,been there, done that, and no matter what changed,no need to go back
: Is There ANYTHING That Would Make You Go Back?
Nothing short of a personal visit from Jehovah God telling me to go back. Even then, I'd ask God if he'd gone crazy, or something.
