1.) I hit "refresh" to see what replies are to a topic or what new threads come up between every 5 to 15 mins.....
2.) I hit this forum as soon as I wake up, read forum as I am eating breakfast, read forum again after I finished showering, hit forum while I am getting dressed, hit forum last minute before leaving for work and hit forum when I get home from work.

I'm the same way. I hit the refresh button constantly.
I am guilty of doing it too. Especially if I started a thread. I have one window open on the thread I started and another to post on the others.
I am here almost everyday. I try to be here cause if you miss a day or two it takes forever to catch up.
