No Honest Brummie.I left England in 1946---I never saw snow- LOTS of rain. You never did see your message about the tapes did you? John said they were returned to him..I spoke to Eddie Clooney last weekend- I will be sending him a couple tomorrow- John said he is sending them off again DAH!

Hope Eddy is doing OK? I havent spoken to him for a while now, I'll get in touch.
Like Matty said it must depend on where you live in England, South west doesnt seem to get as much snow neither does London, naturally growing up in the Midlands I never realised that there was life outside of Birmingham area so I assumed everywhere would get the 9 ft of snow.
