Help she is trying to get to my son PART 3 :(!!!!!

OK, well, just when I thought things were getting better. My x calls me on Sat. and has been served with more papers.

These papers are court ordering us to have our son come to the court to be interviewed by a judge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is EXACTLY what we were trying to avoid---------my son involved at all or in the middle!!!!!!!!

My x and I both know he wants to see his grandmother and loves her alot. That is fine, I don't blame him for feeling this way. It is natural for my son to feel this need to see his grandmother. The only thing is, he isn't old enough to make the distinction of BS and fact/truth.

So, I have to find a lawyer by Monday in order to try and STOP this from happening!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T WANT HIM INVOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!! This should be revolving around him, not to have him in the middle and have to choose sides. He isn't of the age to know what is best for him. The only thing he understands is he can't see her and she is trying to see him and his parents are trying to stop it. This will root resentment in him towards his parents and will cause un-needed trama to my/our son.

His grandmother was given access to our son under OUR supervison. She has been more than welcome to visit him in our homes, but since she ?'s our decisions IN FROUNT of our son, and we won't have that, she has----by her own accord---refused to see him because it isn't a private meeting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY ON EARTH WOULD I OR MY X ALLOW ANYONE TO ? OUR DECISIONS???????????????????

WHY IS SHE BRINGING MY SON IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS???????because she is SELFISH!!!!!!and wants CUSTODY of our son THAT'S WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!! I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ANGRY!!!!!!!!

She would rather my/our son resent us for her own gain then adhear to our wishes!!!!!!!!!!

I am on a MISSION TO STOP HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to take my boyfriend to the airport tomorrow at 6am (those of you who know me, you know I NEVER get up that early), and I will be hitting the pavement to stop this B*TCH!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone has a lawyer to refer me to, PLEASE DO!!!!!!!!!!! I will be calling around and consulting a lawyer to stop this meeting with the judge, I don't want my son knowing what is going on, because he shouldn't know this is happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck. I hope it works out. It just seems so unlikely to me that once you've articulated your reasons for denying unsupervised visits, that a judge would overrule you. As I read your post, I picture a judge turning to the grandmother with one upraised eyebrow and asking, "Why is it so critical that you have this boy in a private visit?"

Good luck hon! I hate it when they try to involve the children in these things. It's a very selfish move! Anyone who truly loves a child, as you obviously do, would not drag them into this. Again good luck and take care!

My divorce attorney who was a bulldog was Elisa Maloff. Her office was in Dallas. She is very familiar with the JW's. She has argued cases for and against them. I know she remarried and changed her last name but her phone number when I used her was 214-987-3036. I haven't talked to her in several years and I don't know if she's even still in the area but it might be worth a try. She was very pricy, but maybe she could recommend someone for you that would be more affordable.
