What ever is happening to some men!!!! Is this something new ?or do you believe it has been going on for years? I read that because woman have become so independent- that men now feel as if they are not needed????/ comment from some of you guys.....They blame it on liberated women....????

There's no excuse, I always thought he was a bit creepy but would still give him the benifit of the doubt until its proven. Seems that TV stars are being targeted, could be mistakes made in the witch-hunt. He is definately the male version of Cilla Black though right?

i really cant understand and get my head around why they do it. maybe because its so easily available, i just dont know, and i dont see how that sort of thing can turn on adults. i think only a paedophile could tell you why they enjoy it so much. very sad.

I believe its been going on forever. I think the only changes are the media and public interest. Some things change, like the introduction of new media for porn sharing. But I don't think this is the issue.
As much as some perpetrators would like to find some reason, some one to share the blame - it doesn't get shared, it just gets bigger. If I live to be a thousand, I'll never forget the first case I heard of at my hall in Franklin MA. Dear old daddy, a MS, was raping his daughter, a friend of my sister. She finally came forward when she had twins of her own and it was time to protect them from the lecherous, ham-handed, child-raping bastard. Dear old mommy's attitude was that we should be trying to help him instead of not allowing him to answer at meetings for some months. Did I mention that these were the two most pious, strictness-in-your-face, holier-than-thou types I've ever met. Anyway, my point is that she was quite the goody, JW subserviant wife. This problem has nothing to do with liberated women.
But the good part is that I think society is a bit more comfortable in dealing with the issue.

I think it's being going on forever but it's now being targetted and something done about it.
Because people are being caught, it appears that society is in a bad way but it's much better people are caught and charged than it being covered up and not mentioned. Truly more civilised.
