I've not written anything for months, but something about your piece inspired me.
I hope you don't mind...
Glowing in the moonlight,
It's light adorning waves.
A single breath, within it's grasp,
Heav'n that never ends.
Conjour up your moments,
Distill them in the trance,
That sweetly does envelope us
As we begin to dance.
The light within doth mingle,
And flashes all around.
For, as the movement hits the pace,
All around is dulled.
The beat within starts throbbing
Whilst the world outside expands,
Awaiting an almighty clap,
As the flame explodes.
And all around is silent.
The watching stars look down.
Another breath, another day,
Yet still the flame burns on... and on, and on...
