  You know the Organization is SLowly going down. Not as fast as we would wish, but nevertheless it is crumbling. five (5) year old child baptisms, smaller magazines, Child sexual abuse exposed, smaller annual growth, no one wants to reach out, young ones leaving. Hundreds of new ex-jw YouTube Videos, books, blogs, Vlogs and. recovery sites. Its been over 100 years since Jesus started ruling, and every month some nasty skeleton falls out of the Watchtower closet.
  

  What will the Watchtower look like in 30 years?

  Will there still be a Governing Body?

  Will they finally drop 1914?

  Will the blood doctrine finally be dropped?

  Will disfellowshipping be dropped?

  Will there still be Circuit Overseers, Elders, Pioneers?

  Will there still be Judicial Committees?

  Will they still have conventions 3 times a year?

  How many meetings will they have a week?

  Will they still go door to door preaching?

  Will they drop the name; “Watchtower Bible and Tract Society?”

  How many members will they have worldwide?

  Can you imagine in the year 2050 going door to door and preaching;

  “Hello, we here this morning announcing Jehovah’s Kingdom that started ruling in the year 1914”

  I think a few of the above things will happen. I'm glad I'm young enough to see it, and I'll hear all the news here. I want my family again. Whether it's the org falling, or becoming more mainstream, I've got hope.

  No, check out he seventh day adventists. They still hold 1844 as a significant date, JWs will hold to theirs.

  I think the push here is to do as much as possible in watchtower owned assembly halls. But that will take time. The conventions are big money makers.
  

  How many meetings will they have a week?

  Your guess is as good as mine but I say still 2.
  

  Will they still go door to door preaching?

  I think they will still have some forms of it but I think trolly cart is where they are headed.
  

  Will they drop the name; “Watchtower Bible and Tract Society?”

  No, that's their legal corporation names.
  

  How many members will they have worldwide?

  My guess is 18-20 million

  The Borg has been twisting their doctrine all up in knots. The R&f will be just as deluded then as now but will know even less about their doctrines.

  I'll make a few predictions:

  • 1914 will stay but they may drop the mathematical proof and just go with "the sign of the times"
  • Blood doctrine left as a conscience matter but strongly discouraged
  • Regional Conventions will get smaller and be held in JW owned properties
  • More appeals to emotions, practical advice from the Bible less emphasis on prophecy
  • 144,000 revealed to be a figurative number

  Oh, FayeDunaway, I should read your story. Sorry that I have not. I didn't know you have been cut off from your' family. This sort of simple comment makes me ache inside.

  Therefore I hope the Watchtower implodes. You should have the freedom to have your' family. I lost mine from a long time ago. Not all of them, but in the main I can say with total honesty that never in my life, have I been invited by my JW madly devoted sister to have one single meal with them. Even when I was close to baptism.

  Some are harder than others. Mostly though, they have an entrenched feeling they are breaking the GB law by having non witnesses in their homes.....

  Watchtower Bible and Tract Society WILL be dropped... I believe they'll eventually have to distance themselves from the 'WATCHTOWER', they already started by substituting JW.org...

  talking of 1914, right now I'm watching one of JwFairytales' latest YT videos, Jehovah Bear and another character are in some future time talking with an elder who they tell that the 1914 prophecy is now actually 2014 for the beginning of Christ's reign; because the watchtower forgot to 'carry the 1' like they did when coming up with the fudged date of 607 but started with 606 and forgot about the year 0 not existing so carried the 1 to make it 607 (or something like that) so 1914 becomes 2014... I wonder if JwFairytales' prophecy will come true?

  The studies I have had with the elder and his wife.....( RC have encouraged me to cease allowing these visits due to the anxiety I have felt for being two faced)..... have cast off the Revelation book as no longer accurate, so many other books are not remotely referred to. So they are completely distancing themselves from as many of their past writings as is possible.

  I know I have said this already, but it's been said to me by those who are very much in, that the large assemblies are cancelled here in Australia. At least in the West. When I asked why this was so, I was told that it was due to lack of funds. It is apparently too expensive to rent the venues that have always been a part of the yearly large conventions. (again, all this information was said to me before my official RC part)

  This is so interesting as all my life, whether I was attending or not, there have always been very large conventions here. Now, they are being done at the WT owned facility, a place that is really hard to get to. It's incredibly difficult for families with children and older people. Plus, I think that if any new interested ones were left to find their own way there,..it would be completely off putting......unless there is some serious conversion thingy happening.....
