I love goodnews stories from cancer patients!..But be sure you go back for all your check-ups..and look up all you can on the internet!..knowledge is the best defense against cancer!...Hubby learned too late... Best of luck to you!

Welcome back, Bonezz! Glad that you you are recuperating!
I agree with SS, alternative therapies are a serious consideration. My brother chose not to do the debilitating surgery/chemo/radiation approach (they told him it was at best only a 50/50 proposition anyway), and the doctors told him he'd be dead in 4 months (he had a virulent testicular cancer that had metastasized). He lasted almost 2 years, using only naturopathic medicines. The oncologist who last treated him was so impressed with my brother's excellent condition (other than the cancer, of course) that he asked for a detailed outline of the regimen.
