Yes, RubyT, I feel the same way. Periods must be uncomfortable for women and the reality is that there isn't much one can do about it.

Well, I missed the post... but if the complaint is cramps or irregularity raspberry tea might help quite a bit. You take a teaball full of raspberry leaves and steep them covered in a mug full of boiled water. Steep 15 minutes and drink hot every day. I'm not sure why it works but it's helped me a lot.

I don't know but personally before my periods come, I like to take tee tree oil tablets, they really help ease the cramps.
