The reason many religions today are focused on gathering the sheep from the goats is because they are from their father the Devil and they are wishing to do the desires of the Devil. The Adversary is searching and seeking out the sheep in order that he may attract them and imprision them. In the Revelation that was given to our brother John, he says, "And the dragon grew wrathful at the woman, and he went away to make war with the remaining ones of HER SEED, that keep the commandments of God and are bearing witness to Jesus." (Revelation 12:17)
Our Lord said "I am the light of the world. He that follows me will by no means walk in darkness, but he will posses the light of life." (John 8:12). The 'sons of light' (the anointed) are attracted to the Light (which is Christ). The Adversary knows this, and so he went and misled men who forsook the covenant of their God, telling them they can "separate the sheep from the goats" now and sent them out into the world to do so. These men did this by setting up "churches" and religions to attract those who are searching for Christ, those who have the heavenly invitation.
"All religions are false lights set up by the Adversary, designed to attract, imprision, and destroy the true sons of light."
These men who are out doing this 'separating work' are already "ruling as kings without us." They have already been 'given their kingdom' and are receiving their reward in full (Matthew 6:1, 2).
We are not the 'key' that all religions are holding back from the people. The Christ is the key and all religions are holding HIM back from the people. Jesus said to the anointed to go preach the good news of the kingdom of the HEAVENS. Instead, religion has preached "Christianty" and not the Christ. The Christ is the good news of the kingdom and the free gift that we receive when we put faith in the good news is holy spirit (John 7:39). That free gift gives us a TOKEN of the heavenly things to come. But wicked men have risen up, and instead of preaching the Christ and offering the free gift, they preached a false Christ and offered a different free gift, church. Since they preached a false Christ, our Lord took away their authority to offer the free gift of holy spirit and "gave it to a nations producing its fruits." (Matthew 21:43)
you asked: If Mathew, Mark, Luke and John were able to write about experiences they had when they were with Christ then why wouldn't it be possible for the remaining ones to write such scrolls and if so is there a scroll of Jesus? "
Yes, the remaining ones have and do write such scrolls whenever the spirit gives it to them. He said "When that one arrives, the Spirit of the truth, that one will guide you into ALL the truth.." (John 16:13). We hear a voice "speak to us from the heavens" and we write down what He says (Hebrews 12:25; Revelation 1:19). Then if permitted, we give it to the House of Israel wherever they are.
