If you have access to The Ottawa Citizen, I'm aware that there will be an article as a follow-up to The Fifth Estate. The information is reliable, as it comes from the reporter and also the person who was interviewed by the reporter. I just can't disclose who my source is on the board .... I hope you all understand that!! She's taking a big risk going public like this.... she still has family on the inside....

For a moment I thought the article would read something like this:

"Following a damming documentary by Canadian Fifth Estate investigative journalists, the Watchtower's G.B. took their own lives. The dead , discovered by two sheriff deputies after an anonymous tip, were found in an antiseptic multi-million dollar mansion in an exclusive community north of New York. They were all lying on their backs on cots and bunkbeds throughout the man sion covered with triangular purple shrouds with their hands to their sides in a prone position. They all were wearing new Nikes shoes and had one piece of bagage packed next to them."

I think the CBC broadcast was the best expose yet, and I'm awed by the courage of those who took part in it. I know several were interviewed whose stories didn't make the final cut. And now here's another courageous woman risking family and friends in an effort to see justice done now and in future! You Canucks ROCK!!!!!

Must be the cold that makes us so gutsy.

Congrats to the person who came forward for this piece. It takes courage to speak out when it means the risk losing so much. For those that do I admire their willingness to do what they can to uncover the lies.

I don't have that issue since the ones I care for, my daughters, are already out. However even after years of being out of the Borg and speaking publically about my abuse and abuse issues in general I remember how shaky I was in first few years when talking to the press.

Something that I think I need to say here in regards to the exposes we have seen: I have been interviewed many times by the press. And most often I have been misquoted or they have missed the point I wanted to make. These docu/news shows have been amazing because they "get it". The message is coming through loud and clear. Three cheers for all the people who have been involved in these stories (both those who come forward and those doing the research, writing and most especially the editing. THEY "GET IT"
