    Just picked this summary up

"Some of the key criticisms that have been raised about the Jehovah's Witness organization include:

    1. Strict control and authoritarianism: The organization is highly centralized, with major decisions being made by the Governing Body. There are concerns about the lack of democratic processes and the expectation of unquestioning obedience from members.

    2. Shunning practices: The organization encourages strict shunning of former members or those who disagree with its teachings. This can lead to the separation of families and social isolation of those who leave the faith.

    3. Suppression of free thought and questioning: There are concerns that the organization discourages critical thinking and the questioning of its teachings, creating an environment that is not conducive to independent inquiry.

    4. Treatment of child abuse cases: The organization has been criticized for its handling of child abuse allegations, including allegations of cover-ups and failing to report abuse to authorities.

    5. Doctrinal changes and failed prophecies: The organization has made significant changes to its doctrines over time, which has led some to question the reliability and authority of its teachings. There have also been instances of failed predictions about the end of the world.

    6. Restrictions on medical treatment: The organization's stance against blood transfusions has been a source of controversy, as it has been seen as putting the lives of Jehovah's Witnesses at risk.

Top Reasons not to join Jehovah's Witnesses. Note the overlap.

Every single one of those criticisms would not exist ... if the Governing Body simply allowed people to have and to use, their own God given Christian consciences.

There have been no failed prophesies as there have been no prophesies.

This guy has a beard so that makes him someone that I wouldn't even listen to. Get your presentation right first by getting the look right.

Also, why aren't these issues being taken care of properly and enmass?

If the Governing Body simply allowed people to have and to use their own God given Christian consciences…

…the Jehovah’s Witness religion would cease to exist.

Was rat being facetious? The official line is they never prophesied and until recently a beard was a sign of rebellion

....the Jehovah's Witness's religion would cease to exist if people are allowed to use their Christian consciences & allow critical thinking skills.
