I have been on the phone the last to two weeks calling people I've known over the last forty years most of who are still Jehovah's Witnesses. Some of these people who didn't know I was "out" talked to me and some who knew I was "out" still talked to me. Some of the those people are even elders.

By book New Boy will be dedicated to all the people who have killed themselves because of being a Jehovah's Witness or knowing others who were Jehovah's Witnesses.

In the dedication I going to list all the people I know (and not know) who have killed themselves.

So if you know anyone who was a JW and did kill themselves, I would happy to add their name to this list.

I don't need to know these people. However if there is a story that goes along with their name I'm sure we would be glad to hear it, even if you have relayed this story before.

I'm hoping to create sizable list.

It could be their only time they can speak out from the grave.

    Thank you for your help

I'd be very careful about communicating with you. You're a bit too free and easy in naming names and don't seem to consider that you could be even inadvertently getting people in trouble such as when you name wives who talked to you but their husbands didn't.

    "inadvertently getting people in trouble"

I could get these people in trouble.... you mean the all my ex friends and the people who have shunned me. Yes you are right they might get into trouble.

However what can you do to sisters? Take their position of oversight away or not let they give a prayer in the KH anymore.

I'm not under their rules anyone. I'm not afraid of them anymore.

    I'm sorry if they are.

My book is going to piss off eight million people. Let the chips fall were they may.

I hope the chips fall hard.

I'd tell you nothing New Boy.

I don't see the point in exposing the people who talked to you.

That is just not right. You really could be causing a lot of trouble for some of these people.....some who might be on the verge of seeing things how they really are and re-evaluing their situation and might be making the decision to leave.

    It is their choice.

You should not be 'outing' them.

Your book sounds like it is going to be biased and based on vendetta rather than a well-reasoned, balanced argument for exposing the truth.

It sounds too bittter and twisted for me.

"exposing the people who talked to you."

exposing them to what? What their wicked organization could do to them?

All these people I mentioned are "lifers" they all have been in for 60 to 70 years. Even if Jehovah himself shouted from the heavens to leave the organization they would believe it was Satan doing it and still follow the organization.

    They are not going anywhere

PS No vendetta here just a time for the bull shit that has destroyed thousands of peoples lives to end.

There is more to it than that. If the husbands refused to speak to you but their wives did there could be some serious consequences for the wives, from marital problems to congregation issues. You are outting the ones who were nice to you - isn't that backwards?

... presumably because you didn't tell them?

Exactly. They might be starting to have doubts (lifers or not) and have sympathy for your viewpoint then you betray them like this.

It will just look like another ranty, angry book from a bitter ex-member. It won't change a thing.

Look....we have all got reason to be angry. I have lost my whole family. I haven't even seen my grandchild, but there is a difference between exposing their shunning and other crimes with a well balanced argument than a book that is simply out to get them and bring people down.

Just look at the books being written about Trump by ex-employee's and aides. The more the 'angry, bitter' books come out, the stronger he gets to his followers (Ironically the huge bible belt in mid America).

New Boy - I stand by what I said: I would not dare give you any names, including mine, given the lack of basic respect you show in broadcasting names over social media.
