If the wording & context of a scripture is dismissed at the outset, then every statement and assumption which follows is implicititly false.
In the very first Study Article, the Gibbering Body continues to indoctrinate the sheeple to accept that over 500 people met Jesus on the mountain - despite the blatant fact that 1 Corinthians 15:6 says absolutely nothing about the 500 people being anywhere near Galilee!
(Matthew 28:16-20) However, the 11 disciples went to Galʹi·lee to the mountain where Jesus had arranged for them (the 11 disciples) to meet.
(Exactly who & how many did Jesus arrange to meet on the mountain???
17 When they (the 11 disciples) saw him, they (the 11 disciples) did obeisance, but some doubted.
18 Jesus approached and spoke to them, (the 11 disciples) saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth.
19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit,
20 teaching them to observe (Greek – to remain in their spriritual aware state, but not to become preachers & teachers!) all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.” (the Jewish system of things which he'd just explained was going to end – not the end of the world!)
There was no type/antitype inferred here, because Jesus assured them at Matthew 24:21 that the great tribulation which they would see, would never occur again. Was Jesus joking?
