There hasn't been anything "new" in a decade or so. What "new" "literature" there has been, has been updates, rewrites, and condensations of stuff produced in earlier years (rewrite of "Bible Stories" book, rewrite of "Greatest Man" book, condensation of "Proclaimers" book into "God's Kingdom Rules", etc.)

A shrug of the shoulders, burbling praise of the jw.borg website & its many videos, and the apparently mandatory recitation of the phrase "this was the best convention ever!"
They have movies now, so it's all good.
Plus any suggestion of Watchtower financial difficulty is clearly ludicrous.

No new releases this year. I've just heard comments about ''oh Jah's chariot is galloping on''. or ''it just costs too much to print''. and ''these videos are just an example of an abundance of spiritual food''. All with no 2nd thoughts at all. Just as blind and ''zombie'' or ''droid'' like as can be.
If WT is running out of money for books I didn't think it was exactly cheap-as-chips to make movies with that level of production and polish either.

Sparrow, did you miss the fact that this year’s video drama looks considerably “cheaper” than last year? Plus they cancelled two whole broadcasting episodes in the winter and sent out filler bethel talks instead. Again, not because they are short of money or anything.
Watchower is cutting back so rapidly they’re even cutting back on video output even as they are moving from print to video.
I am reading a book called “Wilful Blindness” at the moment. The lengths people go to avoid seeing the obvious is amazing. In this case we have dozens of Watchtower cutbacks, plus statements (public and leaked private) saying they are short of money, plus a mountain of circumstantial evidence. Yet still some people think it’s all a mistake or deception and really Watchtower is still doing great business!

Yea I don't either, it was actually one of the worst DCs ever and were at the main one in the States.
I dont know, somehow the WT has figured out how to create Mass Amnesia year by year.
