I was 16 and looking for something or someone that didn't say I was stupid. We had a good book study conductor that always was concerned about people. He is dead now and some still bad mouth his compassionate visiting of the sick, depressed and elderly. He gave so much his family suffered. May be if some of them had been more Christlike, he would have had more time for his family.
If I had known about 1925 and Beth Sarim and the change in transplants, I would not have been baptized. It took 4 congregations to realize that lack of love is an organizational problem.
Hindsight is always 20-20.
