i am surprised hours have gone down as I predicted a rise thanks to the carts and endless hours of standing around but perhaps the D2D work has decreased. I've no idea as I go out once in a blue moon.

As far as the "congregations" figures are concerned, it's important to bear in mind that the Org is continually pushing the sheep to learn new languages in order to form new "groups". These groups - e.g. sign language, Chinese, etc., can eventually be classed as a separate "congregation" within an existing congregation, and simply has its own meetings in the same K.H. on alternative days. Increase!

Actually, no. The biggest percentage increase was in 2008, when it jumped from 9105 to 9986 (8.8% increase). Here's a chart for you:

My question was actually poorly worded. What I meant was if the % increase was the largest of the the % stats from this year's figures. I think another thread mentioned it's 7.5%. I don't think any of the other headline figures on growth are close to that number.
