Mark you are the poster child for religions like the witnesses. Without the crutch of reward for good and punishment for bad or a book of stone age laws apparently you would be devoid of moral decency.
I chose to be around people (religious atheist or whatever) who are good for the sake of being good and don't need to be told. You are a joke to the thinking people here and you are an embarrassment to your jehovahs witnesses cult/family/friends.

Ghetto is a place. It is not a better, elevated place than any other place. I can see being proud of one's heritage. My dad was a coalminer. PUTTING other people down b/c you mistakenly believe they have always been upper middle class is as bad as a wealth person talking about welfare QUEENS.
Maybe God out of his anger removed every trace of their existence. Maybe they were buried elsewhere? Maybe in the sea? Where is he playing next?

well if we can ONLY know what god reveals, then what is the bible? a fake right? no one revealed nothing to them? keep in mind the bible is a book of MANY books. it is a bible of books. written over 2000 years with a 600 year break in the middle, with 40 writers, who lived over thousands of years. The oldest thing we have is a COPY of isaiah found in the dead sea scrolls, that is 600 years before christ. So those men are either lying for some unknown gain, or they are telling the truth of what they saw. What grounds are you assuming they were lying?Ucantnome -

GHETTO is a term, and a place. YOU are using it to equate poor black areas obviously. thats why the term "welfare" was inserted. the ACTUAL ghetto is actually a term used in ww2 to depict warsaw ghettos. If God is mighty and great he can take care of things, he doesn't need my help in judging others, or punishing others.
In your original post - I can't answer all of the rantings, but here are a few. Would I want my young daughter to have sex in my house? No because I would want her to be emotionally mature enough to handle an adult relationship, but if she did I wouldn't shun her or kick her out of my home. My son join the military? If he wants to, his father and grandfather both did, and it's his choice. Abortion? Not my cup of tea, but if someone else feels it's the solution for them, who I am to tell them what to do?
I don't have to impose my beliefs on the whole world, or think that my beliefs are the only right ones. I have an amazing life, and have been blessed beyond belief. In doing this - I have found it best to mind my own business and let other people live their life while I live mine.

What is the constitution of the united states? If I want to know what the law says? I say we ask the Republican party. Who boast of being a spokesmen for it. Or how about the Oregon rebels? they TOO are a spokesmen for it.
