Boy, pretenting to knock, I wish I had thought of that. This one old-time Elder I used to go door to door with would put a quarter between his knuckles and hammer the door like a woodpecker! Small flecks of paint would fly as he smashed that quarters edge into the finish of some poor slobs door! I was terrified he was going to get us shot! People were always ticked off when they finally opened their pockmarked door. Bleeding from some wound inflicted by whatever object they ran into rushing to get that stupid door open before they went deaf! Maverick
