Welcome DBQ. I am absolutely floored by what your family has gone through. How has your sister reacted to this? At 14 I am sure she hadn't fully understood what happened. Looking forward to tomorrow for Part 2.
Is it tomorrow yet?

Welcome DBQ, I am very intersted in hearing the rest of the story!! Quite for the par though. I've caught elders in bold faced lies before and they managed to squirm out of it every time, go figure!
Welcome, Death By Questions. First stories are always my favorite. And by the way, they are NEVER too long (no timekeepers here).
Welcome Aboard Death By Questions!!!
The elders confiscated all evidence to “examine” it. That included, letters, cartoons...
THAT gets my blood boiling! How dare they confiscate all the evidence, the rude obnoxious little sh**s...grrrrrrrrrrrr! I have a theory that in all cases of abuse or possible abuse, the elders run round to confiscate all the evidence and clean up the crime and prepare the minds of JWs incase the law has to get involved, it hinders the research of the law, this is a crime in itself grrrr, they commit the crime and leave the scene!
I need to get off this soap box, its making my blood boil!
Hey Welcome, Death By Questions, I like the username, pretty clear.
I agree with Jgnat, these stories are never too long.
Looking forward to the next installment, its like I just watched a good episode of a tv series and now have to wait until next episode to see what happens...lol

Welcome to the board, DBQ! Your story is VERY interesting, and I look forward to reading more. Part 2 reminded me of my father-in-law, who was made a ministerial servant despite a really good letter that I wrote to the body of elders and the Society about why the slimebag child molesting SOB shouldn't be made one. It's the same story everywhere -- anyone who believes the elders and servants are appointed by holy spirit is definitely a candidate for buying the Brooklyn Bridge.
Now, don't leave us hanging, like a novela. More, please!
Lots of hugs,
Nina
WELCOME , DBQ!!!
I'm looking forward to read the end of the story!
