my understanding of the law is that if female is under 18 and the male is over 18 then it legally qualifies as a form of stat. rape. The age difference makes a difference with the serverity of the crime and what exactly the male will be tried for. for example 19 year old male 17 yearl old female is a misdemeanor; 30 year old male 15 year old female is a felony. California has a good and logical stat. rape law IMHO.

The sin of Balaam strikes again! We lost a big player in the Ventura County area. Brother "Haraam" (arabic: word for bad sins against God) was destined for great things (maybe the top?) until it was discovered he had a harem of lonely single and married sisters.
