That stuff about shepherding is a joke... I said before, the only message my wife got was to ask if she had a report! ..... I guess really it is a coded way of telling them to get off their a$$ and do it. I heard of an Uber keen elder who is happily decorating his house these days.
First letter says: Thank you for caring so well for Jehovah's sheep
Since when are the R&F considered to be sheep??
Further, in the letter, there is not even one mentioning of Jesus.......amazing considering that He is supposed to be the Head of the congregations.
