Using your own rules, explain how Islam can be interpreted in a manner that would make it compatible with modern morals and acceptable to those not of that religion.

Were you trying to show how Islam isn't the only religion to have problems with its adherents? I think we all would agree that all religions (and non-religious organisations) can harbour those that take advantage of its teachings. However this equivalence you are pushing falls short in explaining just why it is far and away more widespread within the Islamic community than anywhere else. We even see evidence that it is not just confined to the poor and under-educated.
Your list goes back over many years. Would you like to discuss the events over the last month to get some perspective here?

Yes, I have never called for anyone to be "eradicated". As I explained on the other topic, saying that you wish the WTS stopped existing doesn't mean you therefore want to round up and execute all JWs.
I think they should be held to account for the same laws that the rest of society operates under. There should be no let-offs just because people are Muslim, it's ridiculous that this happens but it does.
There are hundreds of cases of FGM in the UK per day (or per week, can't remember exactly) and none are being prosecuted - the police publicly admit it.
If even one white person was butchering their babies like this, there would be hell to pay, a screaming mob and rightly so.
Just apply the law, dispassionately and without prejudice, to all who break it. Religion is not an excuse for barbarity and we cannot allow such practices to become the norm and to be accepted. Laws should be applied or ignored depending on the ethnic or religious identity of those committing the violations.
Why are authorities so often turning a blind eye when Muslims and Muslim gangs commit horrific crimes against children? Why can the harass and prosecute normal people for crazy things like taking them out of school for an educational trip but this is OK?
If that is what you call "Islamphobia" then I am proud to be Islamophobic.
It's not, but fuck anyone who tries to use labels to silence people for objecting to the butchering of young girls.

Can you imagine if little Chloe or Allegra were killed or mutilated in one of the Home Counties by their C of E parents? The Guardian would be going f**king mental, and justly so.
Sadly, this does occasionally happen fatally ('honour' killing) or non-fatally (FGM) with little Jamillah or Fatima.
And *crickets* ... not only from the trendy people but also from British authorities.
Terribly sad.
