    Oh and Walking. Gentle inclines help. And lots of socializing if possible.

    It depends what your end game is!

    I've heard Kangaroo Red Pill for women and Kangaroo Blue Pill for men does wonders for the libido. Others speak highly of Spanish Fly Pro. Still others swear by Cialis and Viagra.🤣🤣🤣

    I've also heard that Mary Jane is a cure all!

    All the above remedies are said to be free of snake oil too!🤣🤣🤣

    My husband and I take One A Day 50+. We both have seen some very positive results taking them.

    I too do take Viagra (it's so cheap to buy online $.65 a 100mil pill). Allows me to stand up straight and tall and preform for a long time and it feels real nice.

    O and be sure to include resistant starch in you diet for feeding good gut bacteria.

    Being of a mature age 79 and having a postrate problem ,once I was put on to Duodart capsules 500 ug / 400 ug taken 1 capsule daily ,my life improved dramatically .

    I hope this benefits someone here who might be suffering from this problem .

    But of course check with your doctor beforehand.

    Its worked wonders for me.

    2. Vitamin C (because I have more confidence in Linus Pauling than I have in most of today's Pharmaco-dealers) but I don't take mega doses because I have even more confidence in myself.

    4. Fish or Krill (micro-shrimp) oil
