As Witnesses, you are constantly bombarded with the expression,"Jehovah's Organization".... If we don't believe in Jehovah's organization, we are doomed. We must put faith in Jehovah's organization. Jehovah's organization is the modern day "ark of survival"........These types of expressions have been drilled in the heads of Jehovah's Witnesses for decades. After getting a clearer view of "Jehovah's Organization", how do you feel about it???

I think it's really screwed. Sorry for the lack of eloquence. But that's what I think.

This is a man-made organization. "Jehovah" has nothing to do with it. They have mis-appropriated and mis-applied the divine name to their corporation.

The "ark of salvation"? How about "the boat drifting out to sea", or "the voyage of the damned"?

Anytime spent aboard that boat is a complete and utter waste.

How about the "Titanic"? The "Love Boat" would have been better, though. The truth is, "Jehovah" has nothing to do with this organization. This organization goes against every simple Bible principle out there. If it comes to accepting the organization or showing honor to your disfellowshipped parents, guess who wins? If it means helping a "worldly" person out of a problem or missing a meeting, the organization always gets the nod. If it means visiting a sick, elderly person or getting your "time" in, you know what the answer is.

It was never Jehovah's organization and never will be. It's a manmade corporation that sells books to help fund its pathetic belief system.

I don't think about it very much at all, except when I fart and call it new light.

It was very clever of Rutherford to say that there's only 2 groups, 2 organizations. If you never "belonged" to anyone or any group before, suddenly, you were put in a position of HAVING to choose. No choice automatically equals support for Satan's "organization". Even if you didn't think Satan was that organized, if God had an unproven organization, Satan had to have one too. Jehovah's "organization" never existed except in the minds of Jehovah's Witnesses.

I equate their "Ark of Salvation" to the voyage of Titanic, everyone lauded that it was "unsinkable" but who ended up paying the price the people that trusted and payed the price. They drowned and died of hypothermia while the damn boat sank. Hmmmm good analogy huh LOL

Don't even know who or what "Jehovah" is or isn't these days, therefore he/she/it/they can't have an "organization". An "organization" is just made up of people, a CEO, Board of Directors, whatever. The Board of Directors of the WTS is worse than Enron or WorldCom or any other "for profit" corporation. At least those other organizations only lost people's money; they didn't make rules which killed people or caused them to commit suicide or break up families or.....

That overused cliché "Jehovah's organization" is beginning to make me ill.
