Charles and Maria Russell lived in one side. Emma Russell lived on the other. Emma Russell was Maria's younger sister who married Charles's father. Both sides were renovated in the past year or so. Each side sold for between $400,000 and $500,000. I'll post more pictures below.

Yes the street is sloped, but only slightly. You can see the slope better with the house right next to it in the picture. You can use Google maps to look around. Its prime real estate directly across the street from a beautiful park. I assume it was prime real estate when Russell owned it, too. The Russells were quite wealthy.
