Your are absolutely correct! Jesus words that are allegedly written down in the gospel accounts of Matthew, Mark, and Luke have him stating just the opposite. Christianity is a man-made religion. Ultimately Christianity is a Roman construct. Jesus preached to Jews in Israel. The Vatican is in what was once Rome.

To be fair, the point of this thread is not whether the Bible is inspired or not regardless of which version is being considered. The point is that the Bible is touted as the authority for the religion of Jehovah's Witnesses when it is clearly not.

This for me is the focal point on which I base my criticism of the unique beliefs and practices of Jehovah's Witnesses. I have no qualms about informing Witnesses that their religion is not biblical and that instead of trusting the Bible, they are trusting men and their unjustifiable interpretations.

wt writers trot out the same scriptures over and over again to maintain the power set up they have created.

oodles of other texts contradict those practises, doctrines.

Last week's wt study on the changing locusts shows how tenuous that understanding of bible passages is.

perhaps they are preparing the way to have bigger changes blabbed about in the future wt "studies" , parroting " Yeah, this and this means really that." ignoring the deeper truth, that their beliefs were meaningless, stubbornly wrong all along.

To me, the WTS interpretation of the scriptures is a very fluid thing. Every new group of leaders have their own ideas of what the scriptures say. Nothing is set in stone, everything can be changed. Depends on who's in charge. That is the main reason that old Watchtower and Awake mags could be considered apostate materials.

That is the Truth according to my research.

"The WTS rejects Christendom yet it accepts Christendom's Bible," Doug Mason

And not only that they also accept the name Catholics gave to God ,Jehovah , by a Spanish Catholic Monk in the 13th Century .

And adopting that name Jehovah because it was the most commonly known name used by scholars .
