Silly me!

Wings played at 3 PM EST today. (Why do they confuse me like that?!!!!) So I guess it's a coupla drinks and the virtual hot tub at JWD.

I've been playing snooker, lost miserably, just tidying up some work on the computer before I go to bed. A bit boring for a Saturday night, I know, but as I swore I wouldn't drink for lent, the whole month has been particularly boring!!!

hmmmmmmmm.................well i've crashed my ass at joannadandy's since last night. we stocked up on champagne, slippy cups, boone's farm and hard cider (last night) and were going to make a nice dinner for not interested, but he crapped out on us for the night we may go out later. we spent the afternoon at the movie theater--you know pay for one, sneak into the others--ROCK ON!! heehee. the night is still young--who knows what may happen.

We worked on our kitchen remodel all day, so are going for Chinese take out, then "Bullshit" on Showtime (Penn and Teller............great entertainment, if you haven't seen it), Bill Maher on HBO, and ice cream.

I'm pooped. I start wallpapering tomorrow.

Well, on Jackson's real birthday evening, I took him and Jennie to see "Agent Cody Banks." They both loved it! It was James Bond with less violence and no sex. Jackson was REALLY into it, and so was Jennie.

Today we went to Six Flags Over Texas, and a good time was had by all. Our newly 7-year-old decided he was old enough to kind of like roller coasters, which I most devoutly hope will provide his sister with a roller coaster buddy, because I am getting WAY too old for this sort of thing. I had the dubious privilege of riding Judge Roy Scream TWICE, which left me with a headache and slight nausea, but I really did enjoy it. I can't handle anything faster than that, and Jennie lives for speed, but everyone had a good time anyway. No one cried or had a tantrum, which means it was a really good day, and both kids collapsed so Big Tex and I have an evening to ourselves (for at least another hour until WE collapse!).

I watched BS last night. I'm working on my scrapbook of Disneyland while Steve is out on a couple of emergency plumbing calls. Kids are sleeping. I tried watching Monster's Ball but I couldn't be more bored with it.

Gonna go pour me a glass of the red.
