    Ah, but you are all missing the point!

    Those are evil, WORLDLY people who are shown being destroyed in those pictures. So it is all ok you see!

    Its ok to rejoice over worldly people being destroyed....just not Jehovah's people....

    I can vividly recall almost every illustration from the My Book of Bible Porn.

    How harmfull is raising a child on that shit. It's playing Russian roulette with a child's mental health.

    That picture scared me as child:
    1) how would God keep me from going into the crevasse.

    I used to fear the earth randomly splitting open like this.

    There'll be plenty more, but I really don't want to go trawling through their endless propaganda looking for more. Keep posting though guys, this is hilarious yet seriously messed up stuff. The Paradise Lost book had lines in it such as "people will be struck will a terrible disease, their eyes will rot in their sockets, worms will eat their tongues and their flesh will fall off their bones" - great stuff to tell your kids. It's still in the library in my old KM.

    Good point paleemperor!

    For a God that is supposed to be "loving" and "doesn't desire any to be destroyed" and "doesn't punish eternally or in a cruel manner" like christendom teaches , those scriptures kind of say differently!

    Coming in late on this topic;

    A number of the pictures in the WT publications are disturbing - creepy as hell.

    Read that paradise lost book over and over when I was a toddler just learning to read. Those images are burned into my brain. I asked about the dog too and was told it was destroyed "because it was owned by a worldly person."

    I think the message is 'if you care about your dog, you better be faithful to Jehovah or else your dog will die a horrible death!'

    Manipulative bastards. I looked at that picture a million times when I was little too.

    The cruxifixion scene at the Creation book is from a german "wordly" artist, Max Klinger, painted in 1890.
