Hand surgery may not be the worst, but for a right-handed man to be without full use of his right hand for 6 weeks, well, all I can is:

jst2laws, may your surgery be successful. It is amazing what the left hand can do without the right hand to depend on. Of course, you have your secondary right hand, joy, to help. I've had 2 friends have such surgery this year and they were back in action quite quickly. Hi joy, may things go well for you. Does that mean you will be driving the motorcycle?
