No reason to be streched as of now JAN 2016 because they are not printing one of their monthly magazines it has a print run world wide of around 50 million copies so they must have a few $$$ spare -

How is the NY Times being negative here? It's just quoting the ramblings of one council lie , backed up with "over half a dozen!!" signatures. I take it some if you were in Brooklyn in the 70s and 80s, and know that the dubs played a part in improving the areas to the extent it has been .
