for our purpose I am concentrationg on the The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). Under the auspices of this Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights you will find all Human Right Bodies, charter-based and treaty-based.
"charter body" = intergovermental independent body, separate entity of OHCHR,
" treaty based body" = inter-national body (but not a inter-governmental body and no separate OHCHR entity) created under international treaties , "experts" are mandated to monitor State parties' compliance with their treaty obligations. 18 members, not more than one national of the same state party to a covenant, a covenant

In our case are 2 bodies of special interest:the first is charter-based:
Human Rights council (HRC) working with the UPR process (UPR = a state-driven process under auspices of Human Rights council)

The second is one of the human rights treaty bodies namely the Human Rights Committee that is monitoring Implementation of CCPR ( International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights) treaty obligations an thus itself abbr. CCPR because HRC is already used for the council.
