Ill be going to Arizona at the end of July for a couple of weeks and will be driving there. I thought I may put a sign on the car saying something to the effect 'Australian driver " so the police and other drivers may be more forgiving. Is this a good idea?

barry, people drive on the opposite site of the road in Australia, correct? Just make sure to drive on the right side of the road in the US.. A sign might help if that is difficult. Like having disabled plates.

They are a necessity, can't imagine democracy without them.
Personally I think it's best to say I have a love/hate relationship with them.
