Is There a Higher Conscious

Most of the individuals here from what I have read have gravitated to believing in evolution for various reasons and no longer have a belief in a Creator.

The questions begs though, is there a higher conscious in the Universe than Mankind's. I am sure everyone agrees that animals are conscious, but to what extent can they reason?

My take on everything is to always keep an open mind.

Bio organisms such as are selves use consciousness to survive by use of their active brains .

Organic substances dont have a conscious because they are not organisms they are organic matter reacting on a nuclear atomic level.

If it ever attended a KH it would be a higher unconscious. Or maybe a lower unconscious depending on how you measured it.

Have you ever wondered whether people just pretend to be conscious? For example elders when they are taking the ministry group. Some of them mysteriously disappear afterwards but magically reappear when a bacon butty and a cup of coffee is on the horizon.

Anna Maria-After awhile of doing field circus, I came to the realization that this was a total waste of time. And yet I was making time to keep the eldubs at bay. Disappear after service meeting and reappear for lunch. Easy hour!

If there was, to what extent would it matter to you?

What type of evidence would you need from this "consciousness" in order to answer your question?

Does this "conscious" being owe you a revelation?

Could you understand it if it offered it to you?

If you didn't like what it offered to you, then what?

What if you didn't like the Higher Consciousness? What if it didn't like you?

What if the Higher Consciousness is the God of the Jews or some other religion that spoke another language that you had to learn to understand, but could be understood if only you would take the time to learn that language?

What if there had been a Higher Consciousness, but you got to it too late to take advantage of it?

I don't believe in evolution.

I also don't believe in germ theory or gravity or that the earth is not flat.

These things are all just facts that do not require our belief or approval. They remain true even if we decide to reject them.

Also belief in a creator is not at odds with accepting the fact of evolution. The vast majority of xtians accept the fact of biological evolution.

Being that human ignorance is a indefensible fact, the ancients were right about one thing that everything on this planet did come from outer space.

It may not have come about by a supernatural being which is yet to be discovered but there is no question it did come from outer space and beyond.

It is interesting that many ancient civilizations believed the sun was a god and therefore was worshiped accordingly.
