To get to yahoo chat you need to have Yahoo Messenger. From that you can go into live chat. You can download Yahoo Messenger here.

Messenger is the ideal 'way' to chat. Yet, you can get there simply by going to Yahoo's main page and clicking 'chat'. It is different than messenger, yet works just fine.
There is voice and webcam features as well.
When you get to the chat page, click on 'RELIGIONS/BELIEFS'. You will then see 'YAHOO ROOMS and next to that you will see 'USER ROOMS'. 'Yahoo rooms' DO NOT have a JW room set up. You must go into the 'USER ROOMS' and scan the menu of rooms. At times, we get silly and create a room such as 'jehovahs wholly annointed nutz klass'. So just look for any room with 'jw/jehovah' in it's title.
