Did you notice in the 2019 announcements and reminders that was posted by Atlantis these:
Page 3 , para 8 that beginning nov 1/2019 , all the integrated audio and video streaming etc used by congregations will be provided directly by the society.... they will let the congregations know regarding how can congregations can show their appreciation for this .

May I add my thanks Atlantis, it is wonderful to be able to read and digest this piffle before the Elders do !
I am again saddened to see that no changes have been made to procedure over Abuse. It is still the usual attitude, not a care for the victims, simply JW Org covering its ass. Especially with the Phone Legal first dictum.
It is a MORAL duty to report even a hint of Abuse to the Authorities, who are trained to deal with it, all the other nonsense can wait, possible J.C's were there two witnesses etc etc.
Of course, we the initiated, educated by your Documents Atlantis, can clearly see that the J.W Org lacks Morals.

Isn't it wonderful that they advise a woman with PPH (postpartum hemorrhage) to have a hysterectomy rather than take a blood transfusion that would leave her and her life intact?
Wonder what the genius governing body would say if their options were remove a testicle or take a pint of blood?
