Good luck WH stick with it. It took me a long while to quit. I had to wean myself off slowly couldn't do it cold turkey. Thrilled to have given it up my teeth are pretty and white again nice breath too. Kicked the habbit 6 years ago.

I wish you well. I don't believe in luck. If you are going to quit is will be because you make it happen and you can do it. You will be so happy when you are free of that annoying habbit. Best to you!

    Congrats WH.

It took me two weeks to get over the feeling of evil that came over me. But when it broke it was like daylight at the end of the tunnel. It was completely worth wanting to kill people in traffic. Really.

In other words, you can do it.

    You Go Girl!!!

I was sure you were going to say you were waiting and watching the Elders coming up the street and hoping they would just "walk on by"! I know what you are going through with the Cigs. Wish you well and have strength...

So far I still haven't smoked. The cravings have started though. I just stick a straw in my mouth and start chewing.

Thanks for all the well wishes. If I can make it past six weeks, I know I will have it made. It takes that long for the nicotine to leave your system. The last time I quit(to become a dub) that sixth week was the hardest to get through.
