Can someone make an ISO copy of the Watchtower CD ROM?

I don't know what this means but I need the CD ROM and my husband says this is how I can get it online. So if you know how to do this let me know.

SP, part of the licensing agreement on the CD includes:
You may not network the SOFTWARE or put it on or use it over the Internet.
I'm no legal-schmegal, but I suspect that putting the entire content of any similarly copyrighted material, especially with such specific licensing terms, would be ill-advised.
