Thanks Corney and Earnest, those sites are helpful. I don’t think they have as much as the avoid jw site had but they are a good start. In particular I’m relieved to see that 1940s Watchtowers are sill accessible.
I found that the entire Walsh trial is available on Barbara’s website too—over 800 pages. I am reading my way through it and it's very interesting.

I think Watchtower was particularly annoyed about Elders, CO, Branch books and letters being available. Watchtowr may have succeeded in making these more difficult to access, but people can probably still find them online, or through email, if they really want to.
If it was only pre 1950 literature would that have been safe from prosecution? An exhaustive list of the pre 1950 literature available in one place for download would be really useful.

Just have a look at the comments section and John Cedars (Lloyd's) comments on the issue.
They collected $13,800 as funds from their GoFundMe page. Their target was $40k. Lloyd wants them to return the funds to the donors and foot the settlement bill of $15k from their own pockets as they did not fight till the end and did not win the case.
