To me "favourite" means a film I can watch over and over either because it's fun, it's silly or it's that entertaining. So if that's what you mean then here is my 5 in no particular order:

1. Apollo 13
2. Young Frankenstein
3. Joe vs. the Volcano
4. The Empire Strikes Back
5. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan

If however you mean the 5 best films, that is a little different. Just because a film is well made doesn't mean I want to see it again and again. So here is my top 5 best films in no particular order:

1. Citizen Kane
2. Schindlers's List
3. The Graduate
4. The Godfather
5. Gone With The Wind
