What kind of BS dichotomy is that? Old people listen to AM, and young people listen to FM. What nonsence. First off, on FM, there is all kinds of programing, from heavy rock to classical. On AM, there is the a diversity of talk radio, plus the oldies. So, I listen to FM, when I want to listen classical music or early rock and roll. I listen to AM, when I want to hear the Truckin Bozo after midnight talk about the problems of our courntry and the problems of our long distance truck drivers. During the day, I might listen to Bill Cunningham, when he rips into the racial issue head on. As an attorney, and a very intelligent man, he doesn't put up with any BS, from either white or black. So the dichotomy between AM and FM is bogus.
AM or FM? What is your favorite Radio Station?

I hate AM radio! My husband loves it lately, and it totally bores me.

JH (Elisha, my son), why are you asking such questions? You are making us look bad, my son. Please ask better questions or I shall have to disassociate you.

What was that Chicago AM station that you used to be able to pick up just about anywhere in the country at night? I used to love to listen to that station when the sun went down. That was all the rock I could get in East Texas after 10. PM. Surely someone remembers that station.

In the morning, I listen to Mix 101.5.........Bill and Sheri in the morning
Forgot to add that, once I pick up Naomi, I switch it to the Mexican station 96. something. She doesn't speak English yet. (i'm trying to teach her) so we listen to her music in between cleaning houses.

I'm with 6of9 - There's noth'n like late night talkback when you're on a loooooong hot drive out in the UFO infested sticks with chewed up tapes and a jumpy cd player. A JW bloke I knew in Adelaide used to drive the talk back guys nuts - eventually the City Servant and the radio station got together and banned him lol. Last time i heard him, i was travelling in the big SA outback in the middle of the night listening him and the brain dead host argue the merrits of increasing cricket pitches from 22 to 23 feet!* LOL
... on talkback it's hard to tell the aliens from the static ..
unclebruce.
*note for the unsporting - cricket pitches are one chain long (22 yards - 66ft)
:::: AHH Shit What's THAT!? .. bloody hell, go easy wildhorses .. i thought you had aliens in your post for a minute lol
