I have Pandora on my Kindle, I usually listen to meditation type music in the evening, it's very relaxing. My favorite artist is Dueter. Last night I hit my Avett brothers station by mistake. I guess the cat has been bored by my meditation music, when she heard the Avett brothers she immediately hopped in my lap and listened attentively, turning her hears back and forth for a good twenty minutes. She likes music and will sit behind the TV with her head on the speakers if there is background music that interests her, but she has been ignoring music on Pandora recently, I guess I need to mix things up a little more.

That's funny. I used to have a cat who liked country music. Not my thing, but we would play it for her in the car on the way to the vet to keep her calm. -

Grreatteacher that is to funny about that cat. I love Country Gospel and my mother hates it. She is a very violent alz patient and when I had to transport her from place to place I told her if you hit me I WILL turn my music on and each time she hit me the music got louder. She finally got the idea and stopped hitting in the car. -

I do miss the music of the 60's and 70's , there were so many good songs and diverse as well from rock bands as the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin,, Fleetwood Mack, The Eagles etc.
Now days those big bands are gone as well the good songs they made.
There are still some good song writers today.
