  I don’t think so. The election results will probably be decided by the Supreme Court.

  Don’t you wish Minimus. By the time this election is over President Elect Biden will have over 300 electoral votes + the popular vote. The Supreme Court doesn’t dare try to change that! The will/voice of the people has spoken loud and clear.

  The honest thing to do should be going to those states where the difference is thin, and recount the ballots, with observers from both parties. Better that that endless litigation.

  I expect the SCOTUS will throw out the late arriving votes in PA. The PA court does not have the authority to allow that change in election procedures. But that still won't affect GA and NV if Biden actually wins in those States. He only needs 6 Electoral Votes to reach 270 (if he retains AZ) or 17 if he loses AZ.
