They’ll claim clergy class in one case then turn around and say their not when they loose and have to appeal.

This isn't surprising when you consider the Governing Body now claims the organization is a hierarchy and not a brotherhood of equals, as Christ said. Wikipedia even has the article "Organizational structure of Jehovah's Witnesses" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organizational_structure_of_Jehovah%27s_Witnesses#cite_ref-1), with the first footnote pointing to the Cobb v. Brede court case wherein the Watchtower lawyer admitted, "We are a hierarchical religion structured just like the Catholic Church."
