I would expect the branches (approx. 22) in Africa will get hit the most, the soonest. They just won't have the money for support from the Headquarters. They won't have the priority. Will be very heartbreaking for them. Most African branches are just RTOs, some also with Shipping. Maybe only two Branches do printing, South Africa and Nigeria?

If that is the decrease in Africa it proves it's a worldwide thing, my parents were talking recently to a long term bethel couple in the UK. Apparently the bethel family there has been reduced from over 800 to 500 and further reductions soon will bring the number down to around 280.
Jehovah is truly speeding it up in it's own time!
